To convert from one format to another use bibconv

Example:
  bibconv  -format=endnote,bibtex  jba.enl  -to jba.bib
  bibconv  -format=bibtex,html  jba.bib  -to jba.html
  bibconv  -format=refer,bibtex  in.refer  -to out.bibtex
